🇨🇦 About Yadira Samperio & Jean-François Bernard

Yadira Samperio is a determined, passionate, and deeply human professional. Originally from Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, at the age of 23 she moved to Montreal, Quebec, where she faced one of the greatest challenges of her life: adapting to a new language and culture. Already fluent in Spanish and English, she learned French in order to study, work, and grow professionally in her new environment.

In 2009, she met Jean-François Bernard, who would become her husband and the father of their son, born in 2013. Jean-François, a native of Quebec, discovered the beauty of Nuevo Vallarta and its surroundings, and quickly fell in love with the country, its traditions, and its people. Together, they decided to build their first apartment, a family project they proudly completed in 2019.

In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they were unable to return to Canada. That year, Jean-François encouraged Yadira to pursue her dream: to become a licensed real estate professional. She took all the required courses and obtained her AMPI license, specializing in real estate, ethics, and the contracts regulated by PROFECO and AMPI.

Thus, Vallarta Fine Real Estate & Property Management was born — a company built on discipline, family values, and a shared vision of excellence in Puerto Vallarta.

Although Jean-François continues to work for the Government of Québec, he plays a key role in the business. He leads the marketing, publicity, and online presence, acting as the brand’s ambassador, proud of the agency they’ve built together. Their partnership — combining the best of both the Québécois and Mexican cultures — is the foundation of a warm, honest, and professional real estate approach.
